Rules for Capitalizing English Amounts

The standardized format for capitalizing English amounts is: SAY + English name of the currency + English amount + ONLY

If there is a decimal in the amount, there are 3 ways to express the capitalization of the English amount: cents, point, fraction
Cent expression: The decimal point is expressed as CENTS. For example, USD888.88 is expressed in cents as SAY US DOLLARS EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT AND CENTS EIGHTY-EIGHT ONLY
Point expression: The decimal point is expressed as POINT. For example, USD888.88 is expressed in points as SAY US DOLLARS EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT AND POINT EIGHTY-EIGHT ONLY
Fraction expression: Write the two digits after the decimal point as a percentage. For example, when converting USD888.88 to a fraction: SAY US DOLLARS EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT AND EIGHTY-EIGHT 88/100 ONLY
